Horrible bat, sub par customer service
Bat broke at less than a year, Easton/Rawlings did a one time replacement, less than 2 months and there are already 4 cracks. Let Rawlings know but as I expected they advised it was a one time replacement, replacement bats have no warranty and sent me a copy of their policy. Was not looking for a new bat but did expect they would a least feign shock at the horrible product they produced!

breaks easily
Purchased the bat near end of 2022. Didn't use it until spring season started in April 2023. Only used about half the games my daugther played in and it broke in half within 10 months. Tried to get a new one but since it was purchased over a year ago warranty is void which is unfortunate because it wasn't even used for a year.

Deserves no stars terrible bat
I wish you could select zero stars because that is what this bat deserves. My daughter is on her 3rd bat and all 3 have broke at the same exact spot with minimal usage. I have dealt with customer service and they will not recognize that this bat is clearly defective. Shame on Rawlings/Easton.

Bad Quality
I ordered this bat on amazon and it came cracked at the handle. Considering it's a product used to hit over and over again I can't believe it cracked in transit. Purchased it for my daughter 10u, when she needs a bigger bat.
