Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 star Easton Mav1 What made this bat 5 star is the swing weight. It has a perfect balance between heavy and light which creates the perfect one piece bat. I really enjoy the taper on the bat which helps with preventing the hamate bone to break. The knob on the bat isn’t hard it’s more of a soft plastic to lay your pinky on which is very comfortable. Also the barrel is very balanced and has a great sweet spot for a one piece alloy and create some serious damage when you connect. The paint job is dope. This is what makes a 5 star bat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mav vs Rope If looks could kill...this bat looks awesome - great design. Tapered handle is comfortable and barrel distribution provides large sweet spot. Only point of feedback is that it does not feel as 'balanced' as I thought it would be. it actually feels a bit 'head heavy' and when compared to the Rope, we found the Rope actually feels more balanced. So it is really a feel thing - the quality of this bat is top notch and we can see some people really loving it. For us though, the Rope feels more comfortable.

I always thought he was a composite batter, but the swing of the Mav is balanced, plenty of pop, and fits his hitting style as a contact hitter. He wont put it down and love hitting the cages with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic feel I’ve been using the MAV1 for about a week and a half now, it’s by far the best feeling bat I’ve ever used. The barrel feels like it’s 3 feet long and the weight is perfectly distributed. Out of the box, the ball would fly off the bat. Highly recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Takes more than just a couple swings to get used t Initially skeptical after purchasing. First hits were very pingy. Took a little while to get used to the end loading weight distribution. Didn’t take long before I started making solid contact. This bat definitely rewards a good swing and punishes a bad one. When you hit it right you feel it and everyone within a mile or 2 can hear it. Would definitely recommend but there are other bats out there for less money that give similar results

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bat...grip could be improved. Bought this bat for my son and he really likes the feel and the pop he gets off of it. The only negative is the grip tape has started to come apart. He does hit with this bat at least 5 - 6 days a week but we've already had to change out the wrap. The bat is well balanced with a slight end load and he's able to get around on the ball rather quickly. Has a great sound off the barrel.

Bat isn’t completely broken in but has decent pop and a good feel for the barrel. Overall a good bat but not my absolute favorite I have swung
