Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience with this bat So disappointed in this bat!! We bought this for my son in January; he used it for only a few weeks before he cracked it during a game. Sent the bat in for a replacement, which took almost 4 weeks. Finally got the new bat, he used it maybe a handful of times since we received it in April and his regular season ended mid May. Used the bat for the first time today during hitting practice preparing for his first All Stars tournament this weekend and the bat cracked AGAIN. Would NOT recommend this bat. Easton customer service is responsive and friendly, but keep in mind the customer eats the cost of the shipment back to Easton for replacement…$100 via FedEx!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This bat is junk and customer service is terrible If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Bat broke pretty much coming out of the wrapper. Customer service is terrible. Takes forever for a response or to answer the phone. Probably because of the high volume of broken bats. Did finally get a replacement after the season ended but it wasn't the bat I ordered but a bat they were selling for $100 cheaper than i paid. I understand it's limited edition but that's the bat we wanted. Won't be buying or recommending Easton or any Rawlings family equipment again. Other parents on our team have had worse experiences than I had. In one 13 game little league season we had 4 broken ADVs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought 2 both broke in less than 2 months I am a Junior High Baseball coach, and purchased 2 ADV bats one was the 2022 model and also a 2023. The first one broke a week after using it. We used it in for 1 or 2 practices and then the 1st game we played in it cracked. I figured it was just a fluke, so I unpackaged the 2nd one and month later in literally snapped in half. I have coached for 17 years and have never had issues like this with bats before. The picture is of the 2nd one that broke. We have already returned the 1st one to Easton and are still waiting for a new one. This just broke 2 days ago so we have not returned it yet

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was a Good Bat Until.... Got this as a replacement bat from the other one cracking after only getting to use it from May to July. This version came in the beginning of September and... cracked near the end of September. Breaking it in 100% correctly and the weather was good, we don't swing it when it's cold we have an Aluminum bat for cold weather. So has been devastated, the ADV 360 was his favorite bat he has ever swung and now 2 have cracked since May. Very disappointed, was hoping the newer version would fix the durability issue.

First of all my kids absolutely adore the color and how vibrant this bat is, I also personally love it because when they leave it outside its easy to spot to remember to bring in and not trip over (haha). It's very lightweight and both my 8 and 10 year old can handle it very smoothly. It's been used for a few months now and still looks brand new (well, besides the dirt) so Im pretty sure it will hold up and get many years of use. The grip is also great, it seems a little softer on my kids hands and they prefer it to the last bat we had. Overall absolutely love it and recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very lightweight I have been trying to find a good lightweight baseball bat for my son and he’s not been to comfortable yet with any others except he loves this one. He’s been doing really good since he started playing with this baseball bat. It’s very lightweight and easy to swing. It’s comfortable to hold and grip and it doesn’t hurt your hands and fingers when using it for a long period of time. It’s the perfect size for his hands and it doesn’t take a lot of space. His swinging and hitting the ball has improved massively since he got it. It’s stylish and very good quality. I know it’s going to last a very long time. Highly recommended it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor bat warranty/poor customer service Bought the ADV 360 ICE. It showed damage after 1 month of use with cracking in the paint. I sent in for a replacement and received the yellow version even thought the ICE was still in stock. They do not replace limited edition bats with like models. I now have a version of the bat I did not purchase after waiting 3 months for a replacement and I am unable to return it. Be careful of their gimmick limited edition bat they put out. Rawlings provides terrible customer service and does not try to work with their customer to make them satisfied with the product they purchase. I guess Rawlings is too big to worry about a single purchase after buying Easton and doesn't want to provide good service like Easton used to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Support for failures is terrible. Pop from the bat is great, however, after 3 months of use, it is coming apart. Sent into warranty over 8 days ago, tracking says it's there, and still won't get to it for another week. $350 for a bat and we are doing without, because of the lack of support for their products. If you spend this much on a youth bat, it should come apart, and the support should be much more customer focused. We have owned 10+ new Easton bats over the past 6 seasons (all top of the line), and have made the switch, due to support. Maybe we will get our bat fixed and returned, who knows?
