Rated 5 out of 5 by from Balanced swing weight. Overall, I like the bat. It seems to have a lot of pop and is a balanced swing weight, which fits my swing best. When I compare it to the Easton Maxum it feels lighter swinging. I haven't swung it in game setting yet but will this weekend (4 games). Feels broken in just using it off of tee, in cages, and at practice. Probably 200-250 swings on it so far. Look forward to putting it to test in games!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not durable I got this 3 days ago and I took it to practice and it has about 9 dents in it has lots of pop but not very durable and by the way it was a 10 year old that broke it in 2 days. The bat feels amazing it has a texture on the words but I’m about to send it in to get a warranty bat.

I was nervous it would be heavy but he loves the feel on the swing. He swing is good. He feels confident. Bat has some pop. He says feels good in his hands on contact.

The sound when you hit it on the huge barrel gives you a certain satisfaction every time. I could not be happier with this bat and the edge it gives me on the competition.

Looks cool and feels awsome when you swing it The only reason it is not a 5 star is because i have not had it for a long time. I can't wait to use it in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Alloy Bat On The Market!!! I was able to purchase the new MAV1 31/-8 bat as a member of the Easton R&D team. My son is heading into his 13U season, so USSSA is still an option for him at -8 or higher. He has hit multi-piece composite bats almost exclusively the past 4 seasons, so he was a bit hesitant to put the MAV1 to work in the cage. That hesitancy quickly turned to excitement as he saw the HitTrax stats kicking off exit velos higher than he'd ever seen! The "ping" of an alloy bat was different, but he got used to it quickly. To be fair, he definitely felt mis-hit balls far more often with this single-piece alloy bat compared to his other multi-piece composites, but that was to be expected. I told him to "get better and you won't get stung" LOL. We are moving into the cooler fall months in our area, so this will be his go-to bat for the remainder of the fall 2023 season and into the chilly months of early spring 2024. He used the MAV1 this past weekend and had a solid line drive double to the right-center gap to drive in the go ahead run in his 2nd pool play game!! Nicely done with this new model, Easton.
