The fit is very secure without feeling too tight, and the padding provides excellent protection while still being lightweight. I really appreciate the ventilation design—it keeps me cool even on long, hot days at the field. The solid build gives me confidence that it can handle impact, and the sleek look is a bonus. Easton clearly put thought into both safety and performance with this helmet, and it shows. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, Durable and Affordable! I received an Easton Alpha Solid Helmet as a gift in exchange for my honest review. This helmet is size Medium/Large and fits my seven year old son perfectly and he said it feels very comfortable and not too tight around his face. I like how the helmet completely protects his face and the helmet feels very durable. We live in hot and humid Florida so I really appreciate the ventilation on the helmet so my son doesn’t get overheated. My son loves his new helmet and cannot wait to wear it at baseball practice this fall! Baseball equipment can be really expensive, but this helmet is extremely affordable!

It is snug but comfortable and he says it feels really lightweight when he’s at the plate. The padding inside is soft yet secure, giving me peace of mind knowing he’s well protected. The ventilation is great too! Even on hot days, he stays cool and doesn’t complain about it being stuffy. I also really like that it looks sharp and professional. Overall, it’s a high-quality, well-designed helmet that gives both of us confidence every time he steps up to bat. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable, comfortable, safe My sons have collectively been playing baseball for over 16 years, and we have gone through easily 20 different baseball helmets from all brands, in all price ranges. We love Easton helmets! They have plenty of padding, they fit snug and are comfortable all at once, and they allow for chin guards to be attached for either side batter. Priced extremely reasonable, you will get a good bang for your buck with this. My only wish is that the padding had some sort of fabric covering - these things get tossed around and picked up from the inside, and the padding can start to break off with time.

We got it in gray, and it looks sharp, clean, and high-quality right out of the box. My son absolutely loves it! The fit is perfect—not too tight, not too loose—and it stays comfortably in place during every swing, sprint, and inning. The padding feels secure and protective without being bulky, and the overall design gives great coverage and confidence at the plate. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and stylish batting helmet, I couldn’t recommend the Easton Alpha enough. It’s truly a home run! ⚾️🩶

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What We Wanted Unfortunately this Easton Alpha Solid Helmet arrived after my kiddo was done playing for the season, but boy is he excited for next season! He was so stoked that he tried it on as soon as I opened the box. As a parent I love the padding inside the helmet and that it fits him so perfectly snug. As a kid he loves the fact that there are holes so he will feel a breeze while wearing the helmet in the summer heat. There really is nothing negative to say about this fantastic protective gear. Gives Mom and Dad peace of mind while the kiddo has the time of his life playing his favorite sport!
