Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this helmet! Our baseball season has ended, but we are so excited to take this helmet out on the field next season. The color matches the school colors perfectly so not only does the helmet provide great protection, it provides a nice dose of school spirit. The padding inside the helmet is ample and prevents it from jostling around while running, providing a nice safe fit. There’s plenty of ventilation around the forehead, top of head and upper neck area to keep players cool. Easton is a tried and true brand, one of our favorites, and this helmet certainly delivers what we are looking for - safety, style and comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable Helmet That Delivers The Easton Z5 2.0 Matte Solid is easily one of the best helmets I’ve used. The fit is secure without feeling too tight, and the padding inside makes it comfortable even during long games. Ventilation is solid, the airflow keeps things cooler than I expected, which makes a big difference on hot days. Durability is another strong point; the shell feels tough and built to last, definitely something I can trust to hold up over time. Most importantly, the protection feels top tier, giving me confidence every time I step up to the plate. Overall, it’s a helmet that balances safety and comfort perfectly, and the clean matte look is a nice bonus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well-made and durable helmet option. 10/10! The Easton helmet is outstanding! From the moment I picked it up, I could tell it was built with both safety and comfort in mind. The padding inside feels secure without being bulky, and it stays comfortable even after long practices. The fit is perfect. The ventilation design keeps it cooler than other helmets I’ve tried, which makes a big difference during hot games. The sleek look and finish also give it a professional feel my player loves. It’s also extremely well made and durable. Most importantly, I feel confident knowing it provides top-notch protection. Easton really nailed it - highly recommend this helmet for anyone serious about the game!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from IN STOCK doesn't mean 'in stock' I am reviewing my experience with the company. I purchased this 2/8/2025 with the item listed IN STOCK. 14 days later I send an email to CS asking where the helmet is. The next day I get notification that it had suddenly shipped and the case was closed. I called CS. He told me helmet was back ordered and he thinks the email the company had sent me originally was got lost in cyberspace. I don't believe him. Too coincidental it suddenly got shipped after I inquired. No communication and no apology. Disappointing.

The helmet looks great, as so long as you are not trying to put your athlete's number on the back of the helmet, this is a good purchase. The helmet is good quality and looks great, but I was very disappointed when I realized the back logo will not come off. The one on the front of the helmet is a sticker and pealed right off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice vented helmet This is a very sleek looking helmet. The matte finish is nice for use and abuse by kids for sure. The helmet has these cool little slots for airflow which is a neat addition. The JR size is perfect for my elementary players. It was a little big on my 7 year old and perfect on my 9 year old. Padding and protection were both quality as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great item from a reputable athletic brand Beautiful, well made helmet... love the matte and appears to be able to attach a cage on the face for hitting purposes or when at lat. I received this item in exchange for a honest review so am unsure of the price but with a child who is an athlete in Softball, we stand by Easton products and have used them for years, this helmet is of no difference and continues to stand by the name. The helmet fits nice and snug, the foam inserts fit just right right with plenty of breathing room to prevent sweating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Sleek Quality made Helmet that’s not only Durabl This Z5 2.0 Easton helmet is a really quality made helmet, and I have to say that this helmet delivers on all fronts! Because it’s not just durable it’s also really comfortable too! In my opinion, any good helmet needs to not only be durable, but also have really good padding & comfortability & also adequate ventilation, which this helmet has all of these! It offers great protection without skimping on comfort and ventilation….& I also really love the sleek simplicity of the design too! The logo graphic is simple & not so in your face, like a lot of companies use on their product(s), which I really love! So all & all I have to say this helmet checks all the boxes! It’s really durable, comfortable & breathable with a sleek minimalist clean look too! So what else could you really need or want?!
