Expectations exceeded
I’d like to say it was perfect but it wasn’t. It exceeded our expectations. Just like all other Jen Shro products. We have them all. My daughter loves them. We couldn’t be any happier and satisfied with her products

Beautiful glove!
We bought this glove for our 13 year old daughter who plays travel softball at a high level. She instantly fell in love with the design and look of the glove, but even more the functionality is unsurpassed. All the features that Jen Schroeder worked so hard to include make this glove hands down the best and only catcher’s glove my daughter will ever use!

Love the glove but
There is a defect in the making of it I think the material was too short and see finding straps have ripped through the material contacted customer service but nobody’s reached out

Quality lacking
Glove was purchased and broke in properly. Did not steam or heat the glove. The glove was maintained meticulously between brushing clean and oil/conditioner. Was never stored in a hot car. Never was used in the rain. The glove started breaking laces and the pocket broke before being used a complete season. This is a 10u catcher. For a glove in this price range would not recommend. Did exchange under warranty for a replacement. Excellent customer service.

Stiff glove
Bought this glove 20 months ago, knowing my daughter needed to grow into it. It wouldn't break in, so I started using it at my older daughters pitching lessons to help break it in. On the 6th lesson the pocket tore. Bad quality materials or design.
