Rated 5 out of 5 by from His new favorite I have three children who play baseball and we have always used Easton helmets as they are really well made and are a great price. My oldest son was able to wear this batting helmet to his championship game tonight. It fit him perfectly and he said it was really comfortable. In fact he likes it better than the one he was previously wearing. He said it felt lighter and kept him cooler as well. I love the gray color which matches his uniforms perfectly. Most importantly, the inside of the helmet is well padded and provides good protection. Overall, an excellent helmet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit! I got this helmet for our child to play modified coach pitch baseball. It’s wild to see how many times kids get hit in an any given game haha. This helmet is great! The fit for our child (5/6) is perfect. It’s not too tight but still secure. It has taken a few baseballs to the head and no cracks or complaints from our child, just laughter that the ball hit the helmet. It looks good, fits well, and does its job. Highly recommend!

It’s sturdy, well-made, and offers excellent protection without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. My four-year-old son wears it for tee-ball, and it fits him perfectly—not too loose or tight. The interior padding provides a snug, secure fit that stays in place while he’s running the bases or at bat. One of the best features is how breathable it is. Even during hot practices, he doesn’t complain about sweating or overheating, which tells me the ventilation works well. The helmet definitely doesn’t feel cheap—the materials are high quality, and it gives me confidence knowing he’s protected while playing. I’d absolutely recommend this helmet to other parents with young ballplayers.

The helmet had a lot of protection for the ears and enough padded foam inside to be comfy. My kids said it wasn't too hot, and there was enough ventilation going through the helmet to keep them cool. It is very easy to take off and on, and the helmet comes with a range of head sizes, so you know which one to pick at the stores. The material of the helmet is very durable, and I recommend this brand for kids who are going to play baseball or softball.

Really like this helmet for my daughter and hate to ding it, but for the brand and price I would’ve expected it to be finished a little better. Other than the large ear holes, it doesn’t look like there was any deburring done on the plastic. There are a lot of leftover rough edges and extra plastic from it not being properly finished. I would not have expected this from a brand like Easton. Aside from that I really like the helmet. Love the matte look and that they cover the ear foam with a softer fabric to make it comfortable for my six-year-old.

In looking for a batting helmet for my son starting Tee Ball, I wanted one that met all the safety standards and would be comfortable so that he would want to wear it. This Easton Alpha Solid Helmet crosses all the t's. The padding inside is thick and comfortable. The fabric liner absorbs moisture along with plenty of ventilation areas. There are snaps on the side to add a face guard if you wanted one. This small size fits my 5 year old perfectly.

We have always enjoyed Easton products for baseball and this product did not disappoint. The padding inside was extra comfortable for my son’s head. He did not complain of it being too tight at all. The shell feels amazing. I like the little texture it has at the top. Definitely recommend this product. We are ordering the chin guard for it to get my son ready for this fall season.

The alpha solid helmet from Easton feels like it is made with quality materials to ensure the user is safe but still comfortable. It fits perfectly but again it is so comfortable! It feels lightweight and breathable providing you with the proper ventilation needed. I didn’t feel the need to remove it quickly after use during a hot game outside. Usually I immediately need to remove a helmet because im hot and uncomfortable but this one sat right and felt great!

The fit is awesome—it has an extra pads and it's not sliding all over the place. My kid said it's super comfy and doesn't feel heavy, which is a big deal since they have to wear it for a while. The ventilation is great, it kept his head cool while he was playing baseball outside in the summer days, it’s very light, but it protected his head, his ears, and his jaws very good. He felt really safe in this helmet. If you are looking for a well built, simple, comfortable helmet for a resonable price you need to consider this one. Highly recommend for this product.

It’s incredibly comfortable. I said it felt like a face hug. The inside is padded nicely. You can easily breathe and have side ventilation so it’s not too hot. My 9 year old loves it. He’s very picky about things and verbatim told me he loves it. He’s going to use it for base ball in the yard and in the house on doors lol. Pick your battles. It’s the perfect helmet. Thank you!

It fit true to size and seems to be good quality. It has the snaps to add accessories, which is a nice touch. Shipping took too long for us to actually try it out in a game or practice yet, but at the end of the day—it’s a baseball helmet, and it does what it’s supposed to do. Nothing particularly special or flashy, but it’s solid, functional, and we’re happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition to your baseball gear My 11 year old has a larger than average head and this L/XL fit him perfectly. He says it's so comfortable he could wear it to sleep. The ventilation in this helmet is on point; after wearing it for an hour on a hot day his head is not sweating the way it normally would be. We tapped his head and he did some tumbling around in it just to see how shock absorbent it is, his answer was absolutely great! This is a must have to keep your kiddos noggin safe and cool during baseball season.

It fits his 12 year old head like a glove and doesn’t budge without being too tight. I love this for the sake of safety and it feels like it has the protection exactly where is needed. My son loves baseball and plays as much as possible. I’m shocked of the quality of this helmet for the price because we have other ones that are at least. 4 times the price of this one and feels no where close to as secure.

It fits snugly to insure that it will not slip off. The blue color is really nice. The helmet is a bit heavy so it takes some getting used to while wearing it. At first my son didn’t like the added weight to his head and neck but he quickly adjusted. It’s reassuring knowing that he will be well covered during his games.

I was able to try it on it seems to protect your head well when a toddler hits you on the head. It has been dropped a few times and has held up well. My toddler thinks it is comfortable and feels like a major leaguer wearing it. It seems to have good ventilation too. I’ve been very impressed with the Easton helmet and would definitely buy my child one if he outgrows this one.
