Increase your confidence at the plate with the Z5 2.0â„¢ Matte Helmet with Universal Jaw Guard. Providing extra coverage to the sleek Z5 2.0â„¢, the Universal Jaw Guard protects the batter on the side of the helmet facing the pitcher. The universal design of the jaw guard allows the user to place additional protection on either the left side or the right side of the helmet. This gives greater flexibility and choice to the player, and is ideal for switch hitters or sharing the helmet with teammates. The Z5 2.0â„¢ padding features a BioDriâ„¢ inner liner to help manage moisture, as well as wrapped ear pads to provide durability and comfort for the player. The Z5 2.0â„¢ Matte Solid with Universal Jaw Guard is a certified model that meets the NOCSAE standard for all levels of play.

Swing into safety with the Easton batting helmet
This Easton batting helmet is a total home run for my son! That bright red vibe screams confidence, and it fits him like a glove, keeping his head safe while he’s crushing it at the plate. The faceguard gives him that extra protection, and those vent holes keep him chill during those hot August night games. Love the comfort and durability of this helmet! When he first saw it he said ‘Finally, you got me something cool!’ 🥎😄

Protective, stylish, and built to last!!!
This helmet is everything I hoped for—great protection, awesome style, and a perfect fit! The padding makes it super comfortable, and even after lots of use, it’s holding up well with no signs of wear. My child loves the look and wears it with confidence every game. Definitely durable and easy to put on and the color is exactly as shown. So Worth it!!!

Awesome Helmet
This is a great helmet and perfect for the upcoming baseball season. I love that it has the extra protection with the built in mouth piece. It feels super well made and has multiple ventilation points. My son likes how it fits.

Great Fit, Sharp Look, and Solid Protection
Right out of the box, the helmet looks super sleek—the matte red has a clean, bold look that definitely stands out without being too flashy. It feels lightweight but sturdy in your hands, and once it’s on, it sits snug without being uncomfortable.
During my first couple of practices wearing it, I noticed how comfortable the padding was. The BioDri liner actually kept sweat from dripping down my face, which is something I usually deal with in other helmets. It’s breathable, and even after a few innings, it didn’t feel overheated or stuffy inside. The fit felt super secure—no sliding around when I was running or swinging.
As for the jaw guard, I love that it offers that extra protection, especially since I bat left-handed. It was easy to flip around and install on the correct side.

Comfortable and durable.
I love this batting helmet. My kids play baseball and one of them is learning to pitch. This will help keep their old dads melon safe. I love that the jaw guard can be easily switched since one of us is a lefty. The padding is very supportive and the materials are great quality. I would highly recommend this!

First off, the fit is perfect with this Easton helmet.it is super durable, leaving you feeling protected. It is comfortable all around, putting it on, taking it off, and wearing it. The fit, the comfort, and the sense of security are worth every penny for a great game of ball. Highly recommend.

It’s a YES for us!
We were SUPER excited to try Easton’s Z5 2.0 Helmet Matte Universal Jaw Guard! As soon as we received this sturdy helmet, it was obvious that it’s high-quality and incredibly protective, which makes Moms happy. It has a heavy feel (not flimsy like some of the others we’ve tried in the past), which makes our boy feel more confident when the ball comes flying towards him. Visually, it’s sleek and looks fantastic with its matte red finish. Also important to note, it’s a comfortable fit that doesn’t poke or irritate the skin. We can’t wait for the next tournament so we can show it off! I’d recommend Easton to all the baseball kids and families out there - great value for great quality.
