Collapsible L Screen

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for travel ball Coach takes this screen to every away game/tournament we go to so we can always be prepared in other batting cages that may not have a screen. Very durable and has taken quite a beating without needing any replacement parts!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problem with double order Our review is based on customer service and not receiving a response to having one of the 2 collapsible screens returned due to double order. As of today, no one has returned our email about returning the second order.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy... Used once and now I have to find a solution to the stuck bolt that so many other reviewers have mentioned. On my way to Home Depot to see if I can buy wooden dowels to replace the poorly designed locking tubes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good lightweight frame but screen breaking down We put purchased two L-screens for our indoor cage. In less than 6 months the netting is breaking down in many spots, fraying along all frame edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great L screen This L screen is perfect for practice. It’s light enough to carry and easy to put together. It’s also sturdy enough for protection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heavy... Have had it for about a month and it appears to be solidly constructed. My main issue with it is that it’s not nearly as portable as I was expecting. 1) It takes a bit longer to assemble than I expected from watching the video. Pieces don’t fit precisely (but can be “coaxed” into place with a little patience and effort). It takes just as long to break it down as it does to set it up. 2) It’s bigger and heavier than what I was expecting. I have a large SUV and it does fit into the back, but with little room to spare. It probably can be wedged into a smaller car but not conveniently. And it feels heavier than 35lbs per the specs. Hauling it to the field and back takes a lot more effort than what I was hoping for. In fairness, it’s only labeled to be “collapsible”, which it is. On the plus side, it appears to be solid enough to use extensively. If you’re looking for an L-screen to use regularly but need it to be able to break down to store occasionally or in the off-season, I recommend this one. If you want something that is fairly easy to tote around, I would look at one of the more portable screens (which likely aren’t as sturdy as the Easton screen).
