Stuck bolt
Same problem with the tubing and the bolts that slide into place. Very snug fit, oiled them and still had to bang them into place, which DID break the knob off. Stuck with screen that won't collapse again until I remove and replace the bolt. Looking for Easton to provide info. on getting replacement bolt.

Great idea-Bad execution
I purchased one of these for one of our league's batting tunnels, and it is sturdy but still lightweight. The problem is with the tubing and the bolts that slide into place. Ours was a very snug fit & we had to bang them into place w/ a wrench which almost broke the knob off. The screen & netting are excellent however, the screen is NEVER going to collapse again (which is kinda the idea of a folding screen). The screen part is.....well a screen. Works fine, folding = Fail

Broken Bolts - Wish I could get replacement parts
Using several of these for a couple years at may different parks in the area. Needed a collapsible model to fit in the field boxes.
After a few good dings on a couple come-backers the bolts broke and the tubing bent a little. Once there is a bit of compression on the bolt assembly you have to bang it into place which will break the small guide bolts.
Bit of a non-answer to the Nov 30, 2014 statement regarding broken bolts. Not looking to buy the product again, rather get placement parts as the rest of the frame/netting is in very good shape.

Nice Product
Pleasantly surprised I did not need to install the nets on the screen. Goes together in minutes, well made, and quite sturdy. The design of how the net is attached is not the best and I had a feeling it would fail and need repaired in the near future. What I was not expecting, was the net to tear the 2nd time my 13yr old hit in our cage. Contacted Easton and they sent a replacement net right away.

LOVE IT!
My dad bought this for my son and we love it!! its a bit much to take to the park but way better than one than doesn't fold into a 3x3 square. Super safe for practicing hitting, solid pipes, both our teenage son and his friends along with our CO-Ed softball team hit with this cage it handles. If you play lots of Baseball or even Softball, then this is a must have for practices.

Great product for any coach at any age.
Being a coach of a select team my field changes daily. I like how the product collapse's with ease and yet still very durable. If I had one recommendation for the product it would be to have wheels installed so the one person could move it from place to place, it can be a long walk from the truck to the field. Otherwise a great product.
