Fantastic/Hot Bat with Cool Graphics
My daughter seems to be fairly particular on what bats feel right with her swing and the way it feels on contact. The other is performance in multiple pitch situations and tee work. This bat was pretty hot right out of the wrapper, even during the break in period. During tee work the sound is different and the ball seemed to jump off the bat and produce much higher exit velocities than the other bats she uses. While the cool purple graphics make it stand out, the performance is outstanding. I am guessing that the Jocelyn Alo version is the same as the other Mantra plus bats with the exception of the purple graphics but I don't know but since it is the same price it makes sense. As far as longevity/durability only time will tell since she has only used this bat for a couple weeks with around 300-400 hits on the bat. This bat has moved to the top of her preferred list not just based on looks but performance.
